Line maintenance is the frontline of aviation safety — the structured, time-critical work that keeps aircraft airworthy between flights. At Aircraft & Component MRO, this is what we do every day. Our EASA licensed B1 and B2 engineers are based at Eindhoven Airport and available around the clock, 365 days a year, ready to respond to scheduled checks, unscheduled defects, and AOG situations with speed and precision.

We understand that every minute on the ground is a cost. Our team is structured to minimise that time without compromising on quality or compliance.

Reliable Line Maintenance.
Anytime, Anywhere.

What we do

Platform checks

Pre-flight, post-flight, transit, daily, and weekly checks in accordance with the aircraft AMM and approved maintenance programme. We review the technical log, perform walk-around and system checks, clear open defects where authorised, and release the aircraft to service with full documentation.

Troubleshooting

When a fault arises — whether it is an ECAM/EICAS message, an avionics discrepancy, or a hydraulic leak — our engineers work methodically through the AMM and FIM to isolate the root cause and carry out the correct repair. We have access to up-to-date technical documentation and established channels with OEM technical support.

Component replacements

Line replaceable units (LRUs) from avionics boxes and actuators to tyres and brake assemblies can be replaced on the spot. We carry a range of commonly requested line spares and work closely with parts suppliers to source AOG-priority components when needed.

Flying spanner services

When your aircraft is unserviceable at a location without local MRO support, we dispatch. Our flying spanner team can travel to Maastricht Aachen (MST), Rotterdam The Hague (RTM), and to international locations on request, bringing the tools, documentation, and authorisations needed to get the job done.

Our engineers are licensed and experienced on the following types:
